Intervention by the President CEO – Counterpart International Dr. Anna Hudock "Thank you very much to the entire team of CBRN-TL, through the introductions of the Directors, for the great inspiration you have made for what you have done for persons with disabilities, in many countries including the big countries, ensuring the rights of persons with disabilities not only in Timor-Leste, but the actions that CBRN-TL has done, you bring disability issues to reflect and focus on different actions with the Government and the community, so they can involve persons with disabilities, and persons with disabilities themselves know their rights and their values, so that with the work we can work with us directly to Timor-Leste, we can work with our colleagues and our colleagues to Timor-Leste, so that we can be able to provide them with the rights and values that are different from the Government and the Government".

During this visit, the President CEO Counterpart International and the team, together with the team USAID/Timor-Leste NGO Advocacy for Good Governance Activity also observed and heard the CBRN-TL's direct recycling activities regarding the recycling process of used paper produced by CBRN-TL volunteers, contributing to a healthy environment where the used paper can be recycled into tissues, as well as for traditional houses, fruits, and framed photos.

After this, the visiting team, together with CBRN-TL, continued their journey to Metinaro, Wenunuk Village, to meet with the CBR group named Inclusive Agriculture Empowerment Group (IHAM) as an opportunity to meet and learn how they have established and maintained their existence up to now, the challenges they face, and how CBRN-TL continues to support this group.

During the visit, the President of Counterpart International expressed appreciation for the interesting results of these productions, and therefore, he asked the groups to also convince others, so that they could visit and promote the local product. Additionally, he requested further implementation in the future.
